Wuhan Conference Center, 武漢城建グループが投資して建てた会議型の庭園式ホテルです。ホテルの前身は20世紀30年代に建てられた中南局招待所の旧跡で、解放後の中国中南六省中央政権の所在地である記念的な建物で、今から百年近くの歴史があります。ホテルは何度も国家の重要な指導者と元ソビエト連邦、チェコスロバキア、東ドイツ、ベトナムと朝鮮などの国家元首と政府首脳を接待しました。
ホテルの敷地面積は約80ムーで、庭園の風格は古木が入り乱れ、鳥が花の香りを語る。空気が澄んでいるのは珍しい「騒がしい中で静かにする」場所で、ホテルの営業面積は2万平方メートル余りで、全部で70部屋余りがあります。各種会議室は21室で、多機能宴会場、セルフサービスレストラン、大きさの個室は全部揃っています。野外の芝生は披露宴をするのにいいです。
独特なスタイルの1号別荘は比較的完全に保存されている中南招待所の旧跡です。小楼は林に栖んで居住して、環境は静かで、鳥は花の香りを話します。全体の建築は赤レンガの青瓦、木質の構造の扉と階段は民国風の元素を現しています。門を入るホールの向こうから来たのは毛沢東の「水の歌の頭」という詩をテーマにしてそびえ立つ石碑です。年代の古さを目撃しています。まるであなたを連れてあの非凡な時代を通り抜けるようです。
